About delivery and transportation Time

1.Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 working Days+）Transit Time (30 ~45 working days)
2.We will start to transport your order from Hong Kong,When the package is sent out, it will be transported on board and sent to the destination port.
3.Once the battery arrives in Europe or US, we will declare for import at the European or US customs. When the battery passes through the European or US customs, we will send it to you by DPD, UPS or FedEx. so the transportation number we provide will not be updated before the battery passes the customs. This is normal.
4.Once transportation number is updated, you can receive the goods within 3-5 days at most.

1.Does the Battery Pack Including the Screw and Wire Cable?

We will offer the M8 Screw but the wire cable not included.

2.Does the Battery Pack Built-in BMS?

Yes,bulit-in BMS and have Charge and Discharge Protection Function.

3.Can I Connect Series and Parallel at the Same Time？

Currently this Version only support Max 4 Series or Max 4 Parallels.If you have Special Demand Please Contact Our Sales
